Investment Strategy
The Fund II has a conservative investment strategy investing in stable cash flow generating assets with a typical holding period of 3-5 years.
UFG's predecessor real estate fund, UFG Real Estate Fund ("Fund I"), is fully invested in five land development projects with a view to providing a transparent product for developers of office, industrial and residential real estate. Land plots are developed by emulating international development patterns, leased out or sold to institutional and private investors. UFG's value-added in Fund I included the following stages: (i) registration of title, (ii) rezoning, (iii) initial development: geodetic and geological surveys, and (iv) provision of utilities: gas, electricity, water, sewage.
